How long will this take to set-up?

How long is a piece of string? Onboarding timelines vary because not all systems are created equally and neither are the businesses they are being designed for. More complex solutions might take a little longer but one thing we can guarantee is that our exceptional service will ensure a seamless onboarding process and once you start, there won’t be any random, algorithmically generated account closures and gateway suspensions disrupting your business - just plain sailing (pun intended).

Sounds great. How much does it cost?

We don’t do “one size fits all” so we can’t give you a fixed price until we learn a little more about you and your business. Once we have an understanding of what you do and how you do it we will be able to design the perfect payment solution for you. Once we have a plan and you can see in detail the savings and the potential for extra revenue... we will work out a fair price together. We want to be your long-term strategic partner for all your business endeavours, not just another service provider.

What if I already have a merchant account?

Great, our solutions are modular so we can fill the gaps in your current payments stack as well as craft you a new, bespoke solution to really ramp up your system and accelerate your business.

What if I want to stay with my current processor?

Your business, your choice... All we will say is that countless clients save tens of thousands of pound or more by switching to our processing providers. What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
